Guilford County Ten-Year Plan to End Homelessness
To improve the quality of life for all residents of Guilford County by ending chronic homelessness and reducing all types of homelessness by 2016.
2-1-1
2-1-1 is a non-profit health and human services information and referral (I&R) line, that provides free, confidential access to residents 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
