United Way of Greater Greensboro recognized Syngenta, Heather 
Milligan, and Katherine Ashby with the Spirit of North Carolina Award 
for their service and leadership in 2024. These awards celebrate the 
fundraising, volunteerism, advocacy, and long-term commitment that 
strengthen families and support United Way’s mission to end poverty 
by 2030.
Impact Award: Syngenta 
Syngenta earned the 2025 Campaign of Impact Award for innovative 
workplace fundraising and employee engagement strategies that 
strengthened support for United Way across the company.
