INTEGRATED SERVICE DELIVERY: 
MEETING FAMILIES WHERE THEY ARE
Family Success Centers (FSC) and Guilford Success Network 
(GSN) provide coordinated, family-centered support that 
removes barriers and builds pathways to long-term stability. 
This year marked a milestone — the 10-year anniversary of the 
first Family Success Center — representing a decade of learning, 
adaptation, and community trust.

104 new jobs obtained
50% of active members attained or maintained full-time employment
67% improved or maintained positive work history
59% increased or sustained household income at an adequate level
76% maintained acceptable credit scores or actively worked on 
credit repair
81% earned a GED or were actively pursuing one
These outcomes reflect measurable economic progress and the importance 
of sustained support for families facing financial challenges.
COMMUNITY IMPACT: FROM INVESTMENT TO OUTCOMES
WORKFORCE PARTNERSHIP IN ACTION: 
Cone Health & CMA Academy
In 2023, Cone Health invited Family Success Center members 
to apply for its Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) Academy — 
creating a direct pathway from coaching and support to stable 
healthcare careers.
Since that time, six Family Success Center members and 
three Guilford Success Center members have been accepted, 
graduated, and joined Cone Health as employees. In 2024–
2025 alone, two members completed the program and seven 
joined the 2025 cohort, reflecting growing momentum in this 
employer-led pathway to economic mobility.
